Sue Grady brings extensive experience in international tourism marketing to Trade travel after her long history with Tourism New Zealand in the capacity as State Manager of Victoria as well as most recently in a similar role with the Canadian Tourism Commission here in Australia.
For several years, Sue has also worked closely with Probus South Pacific on projects such as organizing travel arrangements for Probus members to attend Rendezvous as well as Club tours both domestically and internationally. She has also been handling group travel arrangements for Victorian Probus Clubs traveling to New Zealand on holiday . Sue specializes in assisting the mature traveler to have a seemless and hassle free holiday experience by ensuring all her clients are looked after with personalized service from the moment they make a holiday enquiry until the time they return home.
“I realize that for some clients it is not easy getting organized to take a trip away from home and many aspects of their travel plans can appear daunting. I try to take any concerns away from the passenger before they depart to ensure that their holiday experience is nothing but enjoyable. I have even helped some ladies pack their bags!” says Sue.
Sue has now successfully qualified and gained accreditation as an official Cruise Consultant with the International Cruise Council of Australasia. This means Sue is provided with all the up to date and latest information on cruising the world.
