Erica is one of our Area Sales Managers for Trade Travel Gold Coast & Northern NSW as well as our Retail Travel Manager running our travel office based in Tweed Heads.  With almost 25 years in the retail travel industry, Erica’s experience is a major asset to our company.  Her attention to detail and customer service is second to none. 

Originally from North Queensland, Erica has lived in Tweed Heads for nearly 20 years so is nearly considered a local!  “I’ve been in the industry almost since I left High School!  I left to try my hand at a couple of other jobs and to have my children but the industry called me back each time.  Travel is in my blood and I absolutely love my job!  I’ve been with Trade Travel now for 10 years, so am one of the “oldies” of the team however when you find a good thing you stick with it.”

Erica teamed up with her colleague Rod to take on the Area Sales Manager role for Gold Coast & Northern NSW and welcomes the opportunity to meet you and discuss options for your group or individual travel - whether over a cuppa, to speak at your Club meeting or seeing you in the Tweed Heads office which is conveniently based within the Tweed Heads Bowls Club.

Rod is our specialist group travel expert and Area Sales Manager for Trade Travel throughout the Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales regions with an office conveniently based within the Tweed Heads Bowls Club. Rod has been part of the Trade Travel team since March 2003 and has been servicing Groups and Clubs throughout South East Queensland and the Gold Coast for over 19 years.  Originally from Victoria he has adapted to the coastal lifestyle and has a wealth of hospitality and travel knowledge coming from a group touring background where he travelled expansively over many years, planning and hosting tours both within Australia and overseas. His knowledge is second to none which shows in his expert itinerary planning.  He is happy to discuss your group’s individual needs having specialized in group travel both within Australia and select overseas destinations. Travel is Rod’s real passion and he would love to share this with you.

Rod, coming from a service background has a strong customer focus and always goes that extra mile, he looks forward to working closely with you, our valued tour leaders and clients and always welcomes new enquiries from groups and individuals.
