My enjoyment of travel commenced at a young age with family caravanning holidays throughout Victoria and interstate then as an adult travelling to different destinations throughout the world.  

I have worked in the hospitality and motel industry as well as retail management in a travel related industry and enjoy meeting and mixing with people from all walks of life.  I also worked in office administration for a large company organising flights, accommodation, catering, car hire and tours for Management and for interstate and overseas company visitors.   

My travels have included cruising around the Pacific Islands, tours throughout New Zealand, Hawaii, South East Asia, Indonesia and the UK and I have travelled extensively throughout Europe and Australia always enjoying good accommodation and extra sightseeing tours to add to my experiences.  

I enjoy helping others to have memorable travel experiences in my role as a Trade Travel Area Sales Manager in Central and Western Victoria.

It’s been many years since I booked my first group of clients on a trip with Trade Travel and it was such a positive experience that when the opportunity arose to buy into Trade Travel as an Area Sales Manager for Western and Central Victoria, I had no hesitation.
 
I have enjoyed the experience of organising holidays and trips for my clients for many years in my role with a Corporate Trade Exchange and I relish the chance to research new destinations and experiences for them as I am now with Trade Travel.

During a busy career in Business Management, I took every opportunity to take a break to travel and experience many destinations.  Included in this was touring extensively throughout Europe, Japan, and Singapore and the South Pacific including Western and American Samoa, Norfolk Island, New Zealand and nearly all areas of Australia.

As Operations Manager of a Victorian Tourist Attraction, I also saw the other side of travel and know the difference that positive experiences and personal service can make in enjoying a group holiday.  This is also something that is evident in the Trade Travel famil program where Tour leaders get to experience a brief sample of what is on offer for a destination – my recent participation in a Norfolk Island famil had some very positive experiences for the participants and they certainly encountered the personal service that Trade Travel can offer.

I have a passion for travel and enjoy sharing experiences with friends and clients – my pet hate is bad customer service so I strive to achieve the best experience for everyone whenever I can.
